On September 28th at 12pm PST Brea Starmer, President and Founder of Lions & Tigers, and Heather Doran, Chief of Staff at Microsoft, sat down with Mission-Driven Leader and Author Amy Henderson to discuss her new book Tending and what her experience and research reveals about the future of work, inclusive workforces, and how managers can use behavioral change to affect workplaces. Together they engaged in an honest, vulnerable, and future-looking conversation about the power of equitable workplaces for all of our caretakers.

It illuminates not just the future of work – but the skills required to survive and thrive in the 21st century” writes Lea Endres in the book’s foreword.
