It’s Wellness Week at Lions & Tigers. We believe wellness at work is the outcome of valuing impact over output and consistently building our practice of inclusion. Our flexible, community-centered, non-traditional model of work IS our team wellness program. So why did our People Care and Development team (HR) organize a week dedicated to meditation, yoga, and mindfulness activities? Because we know that meeting the needs of our growing and diverse community means bringing forward a wide array of benefits and resources in support of our collective wellness.

Thank you Monish Gangwani, Dr. Renee St. Jacques, Ashley Martin Yoga, and Choose Clarity for leading sessions for our team this week. What is your team or company doing to support one another? We’d love to hear more creative ideas.
