Last week I let you in on the journey I’ve been on the last few years, embracing the wild idea that work can work for everyone. Today, I’m delighted to announce how we are showing up in the world to bring that idea (and reality) to life.
Please meet Lions & Tigers
Lions & Tigers is a consulting and expertise agency that builds a bridge to the future of work: where flexibility is a strategic advantage.
My agency was born in 2018, inspired by a deep motivation to share the flexible consulting model the new world of work enables. We have been operating under the name “Tribal Team” for two years, as we built our vision, our engagement model, and validated this new way of working with the broader world. With those core elements established, and a deep well of talent who is drawn to our vision ready to work, we are pleased to meet you!
The name Lions & Tigers happened as these things often do: in a flash of inspiration after months of perspiration, followed by many more months of perspiration to bring it to life. The brand work has been a labor of love largely wrestled to completion after our client work is done for the day, during our nights, weekends, pumping sessions, and dog walks. Our all-female creative team worked tirelessly to ensure our client and talent perspectives were well-represented, while focusing on the thing that we all strive for: courage at work.
The work we love to do will continue, we’re just going to do it with a new name and identity built to reflect our fierceness, fearlessness, and togetherness.
So, what is it?
Lions & Tigers provides flexible expertise and agency services to our marketing decision-maker, business-builder, and high-potential leader clients. They call us to tap multi-talented high-performance professionals with a “learn it all” orientation, looking for work with impact, without apology, and that suits them very best.
We do two things really well: 1/ we unstick big business challenges, and 2/ we help organizations lighten their load.
We take pride in giving organizations access to talent they may otherwise not be able to tap to help with:
- Organizational effectiveness consulting,
- Business and marketing strategy and support, and
- Coaching and facilitation.
Built with flexibility at the core
Organizations today are under more pressure than ever to move faster and with more efficacy. Brands need best-in-class talent to do so, but don’t always need them full-time or long-term. At the same time, professionals are looking for more control over their schedules as an alternative to the 9-to-5 model to flex for family and their lives.
We believe flexibility is a strategic advantage, not an accommodation.
