From Microsoft’s Diverse-owned Supplier of the Year in 2021 to Microsoft’s Supplier of the Year- Medium winner in 2022!
Not a small move. This has taken very intentional work and collective energy among our consulting team and clients. We are thrilled, and we are so very grateful.
We know awards and recognition aren’t everything, but they are meaningful; they are a signal of progress and impact. Recognition of our deep partnership with Microsoft is something our team especially values.
This year, we were finalists in two categories for the Microsoft Supplier Prestige Awards distinguishing outstanding supplier contributions: Supplier of the Year- Medium and Supplier-to-Supplier Collaboration.
As we watched the virtual awards ceremony, we held our breath and shouted in excitement when they called our name as the winner of Supplier of the Year. This top honor recognizes suppliers who focus initiatives on diversity and inclusion, accessibility and sustainability, as well as technology and digital transformation while paying close attention to efficiency gains, strategic relationships and impact to the Microsoft brand.
“As a Mama-owned business, we were proud to be recognized among other minority-owned businesses last year. And to see that recognition evolve to ‘Supplier of the Year’, independent of our ownership identity status shows just how impactful our team has been around the Microsoft ecosystem,” said Brea Starmer, Founder and CEO of Lions & Tigers. “Our brave clients across Microsoft, through the Supplier Prestige Awards, are signaling to the world that supplier diversity matters, and that inclusion is a core priority in the New World of Work.”
We are honored to continue our partnership with technology leaders like Microsoft, and through intention, we continue to change the narrative of making work work better for everyone.
