Brea has made her dream of creating a company, where flexibility is a strategic advantage, a reality.  Anchored in our core values, Lions & Tigers has grown from a one-woman shop to a 50-person, multi-million-dollar marketing and strategy consulting agency.

We recognize the world we knew will never be the same post COVID-19.  As Lions & Tigers navigates the road ahead, we see a wave of innovation in the way we work and live. We feel a deep responsibility to move our mission forward. Our team is choosing to lean into the uncertainty and change in front of us – working to accelerate our clients’ innovation and create flexible work opportunities.

We know we are so fortunate to be in this position to have a positive impact right now. We don’t know what months down the road look like, but we will keep moving forward, with Brea’s leadership, and the same determination that led to the founding of Lions & Tigers in the first place.
