CASE STUDY

Sprint GTM for the Greater Good

Intro

Bring high visibility, time-sensitive vaccine management tool to market in the US

When Covid-19 vaccines started to become nationally available, there were no vaccine management solutions in the market and no connected way to enable eligible recipients to sign up for vaccines at the closest and most convenient location, nor a way to track who had and had not received their vaccines, or display the data in a meaningful way to inform public health decisions.

A four month, cross-functional sprint launched across engineering and product marketing go-to-market teams to develop and bring to market a tool that empowered community clinics to scale and track COVID-19 vaccine administration nationwide.Still in use today, the tool enabled community clinics to administer hundreds of thousands (and counting) vaccines through community clinics and provided visibility through a Power BI Dashboard of progress towards getting shots in arms.

The L&T project team facilitated the project management and cross-functional GTM efforts to bring a much needed solution to market at a time of unprecedented public need.
