The L&T team of three worked in partnership across a Fortune 50 company to evolve the Office of the CEO executive communications strategy, production and execution. In partnership with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties, the L&T team established and ran an executive communications operating model, content strategy program and copy, video and speech content production on pace with the needs and evolution of a high-visibility CEO, transforming through the pandemic to advance the mission of the office, while up-leveling the precision, collaboration and operational excellence of the office, gain trust and respect companywide.
Content Strategy & Copywriting
- Work within a strategic framework to deliver editorial content that is timely, resonates with each unique audience and meets the objectives of the executive team and organization at large.
- Serve as a trusted communications counselor to internal leaders and peers.
- Create innovative and beautiful stories, key moments and compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Work with subject matter experts to translate inputs and data into impactful communications, easily understood by the wider internal and external audiences.
Comms Infrastructure & Production
- Coordination and logistics with production team

- Finalizing speaker release forms with legal

Office of the CEO Daily Round-Up
- Produce daily email briefing for OCEO
- Content pulled from approved and authorized news sources and compiled into a daily briefing email.
- Written, produced and delivered daily – first thing in the morning.
